About
The Async Applications & Document Submission module in DRISTI enables the seamless submission and management of various documents within the judicial process.
All manners of applications, submissions, requests, rejoinders (if permitted by the court) can be enabled.
This module was intended to be called “Can this meeting be an email?" but we chose to rename it. It is designed at pushing the courts towards a more asynchronous mode of operations, where it is convenient and allowed.
It proves flexibility to all parties, and reduces the need for in-person appearances and submissions in court.
