Key Features
Filing a Case
Web & Mobile Interface: Users can file a case through the medium most accessible to them
Identity Verification: Identity verification for litigants and advocates is facilitated through manual document upload and validation.
Document Templates: Pre-filled templates and intuitive dropdown menus assist users in the filing process.
Case Name Generation: Automatically generates case names based on petitioner and respondent details.
E-signing: Aadhar OTP-based verification for secure and convenient e-signing.
Assisted Scrutiny
Rule-based Validations: Checks defined by current legal processes are applied to ensure the submissions meet the expected formats. While these rules wouldn’t disallow a filing, the errors will be flagged to a File Scrutiny Officer (FSO).
Assisted Scrutiny: Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools are available to FSOs to conduct their verification process. In addition, FSOs will have access to checklists specific to each case type to ensure comprehensive scrutiny.
FSO - Advocate Communication Portal: FSOs can provide feedback to the petitioner or their advocates, at the field or section level. Comments and required corrections may be communicated back to the petitioners through the portal and SMS notifications. Resubmission of case details based on the FSOs feedback can happen multiple times on this portal.
Case Admission
Judge Options: Judges can send back cases for additional information, quick admit without additional information, or schedule an admission hearing.
Case ID Generation: Follows the CIS system format, generating a unique 6-digit code for each case.
Payments
Online Payment: Integration with services like state e-Treasury for online payments can be enabled to facilitate a complete e-filing without physical presence.
Offline Payment: Enabled for the 'Collector' role, who can facilitate offline payments at the court and update the same on the platform.

Third-Party E-Signing: Integration with third-party e-signing software like emudhra.
