Hearings

About

A case is structured as a series of hearings in DRISTI, and the core unit of functionality. DRISTI offers a structured approach to hearing management.

The hearings module allows

  1. Defining different types of hearings, for different stages of the case

  2. Defining workflows that allow transition from one stage to the other

  3. Defining the aspects of hearing management that need to happen within a hearing in court

Hearing management can be customized for a smooth court experience, as well as clear documentation of what transpired in court. The following components can be tweaked / customized

  1. Attendance systems

  2. Transcription of court proceedings

  3. Order generation templates

At any point of time when the judge looks at the case progression, they will see the list of hearings and the details of what transpired
