Key Features
Scheduling Hearings
Judges can schedule hearings for specific dates using a scheduler logic that provides real-time recommended dates based on the purpose of the hearing.
The judge may select one of the available hearing dates or choose a custom date. The selected date is sent back to the scheduling logic via an API, and an order is generated for the hearing date.
Calendar View: All parties can view upcoming hearings via a calendar view, which shows pending actions, day and week views, and allows for navigating across dates.
Rescheduling
Judges can reschedule hearings in response to requests from advocates or at their discretion. The system generates an order for rescheduling, and the case status is updated accordingly.
Bulk Rescheduling: Court staff can reschedule entire slots of hearings in bulk, moving all hearings in the slot to "Hearing Date under Consideration."
