User Registration

About

All the sets of users defined under system users (Litigants, Advocates, Advocate Clerks, Judges, Court staff) will have to register on the platform so logins can be created for them.

Any user registration requires identity verification. To this end, DRISTI allows for 3 methods of registration

1. Offline registration - typically done by the system administrator

2. Self register online and verify offline - allowed for those who don’t have an digitally authenticated ID system

3. Self registration online - to be enabled through Aadhar shortly

User registration is the first step to onboarding litigants and advocates on the platform. In the future, self registration for lawyers may be enabled by integration with Bar Council database systems.

Offline registration is recommended for Judges and Court Staff.
