Key Features

Litigant Registration

  • Account Creation: Register using mobile number (OTP verification).

  • Unique Registration: One account per mobile number.

  • Registration Form: Fill out personal details on first login.

  • Identity Verification: Customisable Identify verification and management (Currently by uploading an ID card and checked by the court staff team)

  • Access: Home page access with options to file a case, view cases, etc., post-registration.

  • Incomplete Registration: Home screen shows only the registration completion card if registration is incomplete.

Advocate Registration

  • Account Creation: Register using mobile number (OTP verification).

  • Unique Registration: One account per mobile number.

  • Registration Form: Fill out personal details and BAR registration details on first login.

  • Identity Verification: Customisable Identify verification and management (Currently by uploading an ID card and checked by the court staff team)

  • Approval Workflow: Registration requests reviewed and approved/rejected by the registration approver with mandatory remarks for rejections.

  • Access: Home page access with options to file a case, view cases, etc., post-approval.

  • Incomplete Registration: Home screen shows only the registration completion card if registration is incomplete.

  • Application Status: View application status in the My Applications section.

  • Notifications: SMS notification on approval of registration request.

Advocate Clerk Registration

  • Same as Advocate Registration: Except no BAR ID required.

Employee Management

  • Registration Module: Add, update, or remove employees (judges, court staff) is configurable during setup.

  • Login: Employees log in with username and password.

  • Review Registrations: Review and approve/reject pending registrations for advocates and advocate clerks.

Login

  • Separate URLs: Different login URLs for Litigants/Advocates and Employees.

  • Persistent Login: Users stay logged in on mobile app and web browser.

Ideas for Future Development

  • Aadhar verification

  • Verification of litigants (auto-approved)

  • OCR verification of uploaded documents
