  1. About DRISTI

Overview

DRISTI (Dispute Resolution Intelligent System for Transformation) is an open innovation platform and a set of tools designed to transform the dispute resolution process. As an open-source initiative, DRISTI is freely available to everyone and provides reusable building blocks for essential functions such as e-filing, document scrutiny, and case management.

These modules are based on a series of rule-based actions that allow for the automation of processes. They are highly configurable and can be tailored to the specific requirements of various case types or dispute contexts. DRISTI’s modular design allows it to be extended to accommodate new features as needed.

By adopting an API-first design and utilising open standards where possible, DRISTI ensures seamless interoperability with other systems. Products built on DRISTI can easily exchange data, enabling a unified source of truth across platforms.

DRISTI is cloud agnostic and can be deployed on any cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) or private data centres. The platform also supports multiple channels and languages, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all users.

DRISTI also offers predefined configurable front-end interfaces that are API first and RESTful. These are optional. One can also write their own frontend interfaces, using web, mobile or even chatbot based applications to meet the diverse user needs and capabilities needed.

DRISTI has been designed in context to cheque bounce disputes in Kerala. The invitation is to leverage DRISTI to extend, contribute, and evolve as needed for diverse contexts.
