Evidence
In this feature, an Employee Users can mark any document as evidence after recording a witness deposition. While marking the evidence, the user must enter an evidence number and select the “marked through” option from a dropdown.
The signing of the evidence is carried out by the Judge, who can either E-sign or Bulk sign the evidence.
Evidences can be marked in the following ways:
From the Actions menu in the Documents tab.
By clicking on a document and then selecting the “Mark as Evidence” button.
Through the Case Filing tab.
Once the evidence is successfully signed, the system displays the Signed status along with the evidence number in the tab.
Witness Deposition
In this feature, authorized users have the ability to add witnesses through different sections of the system, including the Parties tab, Order Generation, Deposition screen, and E-filing. Once created, each deposition moves through a series of stages — Draft, Pending Signature, Pending Review, and finally Signed. The system allows depositions to be signed either electronically (E-sign) or by uploading a signed copy.
Each witness is tagged according to their role in the case, such as Prosecution Witness (PW), Defence Witness (DW), or Court Witness (CW). These tags are case-specific, and validations are enforced on key details like phone number and email address to maintain accuracy.
The deposition process begins with the witness providing their signature, followed by a review and signature from the Magistrate. For efficiency, the system also offers a bulk signing option, enabling multiple depositions to be signed at once. Once completed, all witness information is reflected in the Parties tab, keeping the case details updated and accessible.

[BUG] No option to remove address in add witness screen
User can add as many address sections in add witness screen but there is no option to remove them. Let's add a delete option there
[BUG] Landing Page login button dropdown not proper
The dropdown should trigger irrespective of where I click on the landing page button
