Landing Page V2
Landing Page v2 includes comprehensive validation across multiple modules. It includes a fixed top navigation bar for the website, dropdown menus, homepage elements like the hero section, embedded video playback, and dynamic announcement ticker.
Functional coverage also extended to login flows, tooltips, cause list logic based on time, dashboard metrics, and accessibility of links within the footer. It ensures accurate rendering of content across sections such as FAQs, About Us, Guiding Principles, and Technology. Dynamic features like auto-sliding testimonials, browser compatibility for expandable content, and interactive elements like maps and benefits cards were thoroughly tested. It includes the UI navigation, content validation, functionality, and responsive design across the platform.
The “People” section was verified for redirection, visibility of key figures such as the Chief Justice and Former Magistrate, and dynamic behavior of ON Court team member cards including hover animations and content. Functional correctness of “Case Search,” “Cause List Display,” and “Notices” pages was confirmed, including pagination, file download.
The “Help & Resources” section was validated for UI clarity, collapsible FAQs, support resources, and functional external links. Footer-based navigation includes to “Video Tutorials,” “RTI,” “Terms & Conditions,” and “Privacy Policy” pages. The “Media Gallery” was assessed for image rendering, thumbnail navigation, and compatibility across browsers.
A significant focus was also placed on responsive behavior across mobile devices for android and ios confirming usability of forms, tables, images, menus, and consistent layout across browsers.
Bail Bond
The "Bail Bond" feature is implemented across various user roles, workflows, and system states to ensure complete functional and end-to-end integrity. The core functionality is to ensure that the “Generate Bail Bond” button appears only for eligible users—specifically advocates or Accused PiPs with granted rights. Special attention was given to cases where advocates represent multiple litigants, ensuring that the option remains visible if even one litigant is eligible. The button redirects correctly to the bail bond form, which dynamically renders fields based on the selected bail type (Self or Surety), enforces validation rules, and supports document uploads. Draft-saving functionality, PDF previews, and document visibility in the Documents tab is implemented. The “Proceed to Sign” action correctly opens options for either Aadhaar-based e-signature or uploading a signed copy, both of which function as expected . If the user proceeds with e-sign, then the link is generated which includes mobile number validation to restrict unauthorized users. The edit feature allows changes only in the Pending Signature state, invalidating previous signatures appropriately, while restricting edits once the bond is completed or voided. The Draft Order screen’s “Bail Bond Required” checkbox and the option to create a Confirm Bail Bond Submission task were validated for visibility and correctness across relevant roles such as Judge, CRM, and GCRM. Status tracking via the Actions tab, as well as task handling through the “View Bail Bonds” interface, is implemented. Additionally, email notifications ensures timely communication to all involved parties after the e-sign process.
