Why DRISTI?
DRISTI seeks to enable actors to transform the dispute resolution experience: to make it accessible, efficient, predictable, and empowering for all users.
We recognise that the dispute resolution process is complex.
It involves the continuous interaction of diverse stakeholders across public and private institutions. However, siloed, inaccessible, lack of authenticated information makes the interactions onerous.
It is diverse. Laws and processes of resolution vary across geographies and dispute types. Users also have diverse language, accessibility and functional needs that keep evolving.
It is not possible for any single actor or service to meet the diverse, constantly evolving and interconnected needs of all users. Therefore it is critical to design technology and nurture an enabling technology ecosystem for dispute resolution keeping these realities in mind. DRISTI seeks to do this through decentralised improvements, modular building blocks for essential functions, and interoperability.
